Shipping Your Package
Packages are prepared with the utmost care and are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. We collaborate with trusted carriers such as UPS to ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders.
Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:
• Standard Delivery: Your package is shipped via UPS with a tracking number. Packages are delivered without signature to the shipping address provided during checkout.
• Express Delivery: For even faster delivery, you can opt for our express delivery service via UPS Extra. Packages are delivered with signature for increased security. (currently unavailable)
Please note that additional fees may apply for express delivery.
Tracking Your Package
Regardless of the delivery option chosen, you will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is shipped. This link will allow you to track the progress of your order in real time until it reaches its final destination.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees include the costs of preparation, packaging, and transportation. Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation fees vary depending on the total weight of the package and the chosen delivery option.
We recommend grouping all your items into a single order to minimize delivery fees. Please note that we cannot combine two separately placed orders, and delivery fees will apply to each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we pay special attention to protecting fragile items. The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transportation.
