- Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all product sales made by SARL Tissus Marinette via its website marinette-saint-tropez.com. By placing an order on this site, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation.
- Orders
Orders are placed online on the marinette-saint-tropez.com website. The customer must provide the necessary information for delivery. SARL Tissus Marinette reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of non-compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale, dispute related to the payment of a previous order, or suspicion of fraud.
- Prices

- Payment
Payment for the products is made online by credit card via a secure system. The order will be processed after payment confirmation.
- Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicated during the order and may vary depending on the delivery location. SARL Tissus Marinette cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Warranty
The products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of a problem, the customer can contact the customer service of SARL Tissus Marinette to benefit from the warranty.
- Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
